Clear Outstanding Loans: Before initiating the account deletion process, ensure that all outstanding loans are settled through the Gcash mobile app.

Send Deletion Request Email: Compose an email from the email address associated with your Gcash account to help@smartcashgh.com. Include the following details in your email:

Subject: Account Deletion 

RequestBody: Clearly state your intention to delete your account and confirm that you have cleared all outstanding loans through the mobile app.

Confirmation and Deletion: Upon receiving your email, our support team will acknowledge your request within 5 business days. The actual account deletion process will commence after this confirmation.

 

Please note that the account deletion process is irreversible, and all associated data will be permanently removed. If you have any questions or concerns during this process, feel free to include them in your deletion request email.
